Neris Cleaning Services was born from a dream and great determination. I’m Kelly, the company’s founder, and when I arrived in the United States, I worked for various cleaning companies always with a clear objective in mind: to have my own company and offer a differentiated service.
Today, I’m proud to have a dedicated and trained team that shares the same passion for excellence that brought me here. With more than 3 years of experience in professional cleaning, we developed a methodology that combines technique, care, and attention to detail. - Thorough cleaning of all surfaces, including hard-to-reach areas (behind and under furniture)

- Internal cleaning of refrigerator and oven (if requested)

Recurring Questions
Do I need to be home during cleaning?
It’s not mandatory! Many of our clients prefer to take advantage of the time to do other activities while we take care of the house. If you feel comfortable, you can leave a spare key or arrange access with us. Our team is completely reliable and trained to work autonomously. But if you prefer to stay home, that’s no problem either – we always respect your preference!
What if something breaks?
Relax! Although our team is super careful and trained to avoid any accidents, we know that unexpected things can happen. If something happens, we communicate immediately and resolve the situation as quickly and fairly as possible. Your peace of mind is our priority!
Do you bring your own products?
Yes! We bring all the cleaning products and necessary equipment. We use quality products that are safe for your family and pets. If you have any specific preference for a particular brand or product (due to allergies, for example), just let us know and we can use your products or adapt our selection to your needs.
How do I reschedule if I need to?
You can contact us via WhatsApp, phone, or email with at least 24 hours’ notice. We understand that unexpected things happen, so we always do our best to reschedule at a time that works for you. Our flexibility is one of the things our clients value most!
